Hi, I’m Chaucee, the hands behind the words on this screen. I started this blog as a college freshman in 2008 as a creative outlet while studying for my bachelor’s. Since then it’s grown into a way to document things I love and things I’m learning.

Scallion Radish Scones

I’ve always wanted to learn how to make scones. It feels so romantic, no?

I had some radishes in my fridge from the tofu bahn mi recipe I made earlier this week and needed something to do with the rest of them. Thankfully, I was browsing through the latest edition of Magnolia Journal, and inside was a recipe for scones with radishes and scallions!

They are surprisingly easy to make and turned out DELICIOUS.

I made a rosemary cream cheese to go with them and drizzled the top with honey. YUM.

What’s one thing you’ve wanted to try baking but are hesitant to give it a go?
