

You’ll need:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted earth balance butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Sea salt to sprinkle on top (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine the bananas, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, stir.
- In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt, stir.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
