Hi, I’m Chaucee, the hands behind the words on this screen. I started this blog as a college freshman in 2008 as a creative outlet while studying for my bachelor’s. Since then it’s grown into a way to document things I love and things I’m learning.

The Philly Poshmark Party

Last night was the first ever Philly Poshmark Party held at the Le Meridian Hotel at Broad & Arch. Poshmark is an IOS app that allows you to create your own virtual wardrobe from pieces you have at home in order to sell or trade them. It’s completely free to list, and it takes only seconds to create a listing. I was skeptical at first since I’ve tried selling my closet virtually before, but this app simplifies it into a few easy steps, and helps share your closet by integrating a social community inside the app where users can like, comment, and share your listings!

I had a BLAST alongside my co-hosts (LexyJacquiJessie and Melissa) for the night. There was a photo booth set up (see embarrassing photos below) as well as delicious cocktails!  If you weren’t able to attend the party in person then I hope you were able to see all the Instagram photos and tweets from the night with the hashtagh #PoshParty.

You can join now and start selling your closet by downloading the app on your IOS device! Earn $5 credit when you sign up using this code: HMHZV (valid only for the first 10 people who use this code). Click here to shop my closet!

Thanks so much to the Poshmark team for hosting such an amazing event! Make sure to check out Poshmark on Twitter and Facebook to see when they are coming to a city near you!
