Hi, I’m Chaucee, the hands behind the words on this screen. I started this blog as a college freshman in 2008 as a creative outlet while studying for my bachelor’s. Since then it’s grown into a way to document things I love and things I’m learning.

One Woman Getaway

Sometimes a gal’s just gotta getaway.

Every so often I get the urge to get out of town, away from the city, to be surrounded by nature. I started saving homes on Airbnb that are perfect for a one woman get away. Small in size, budget friendly, all I need for a quick weekend away. Here are a few of my favorites.

Zen Cottage in Phoenicia, NY – $100
Country Retreat in Buckland, MA – $90
Garden Studio in Greensboro, NC – $60

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up and
let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly.

I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same outcome.
