Happiness Practice: November

Dec 1, 2017

I was reflecting on this past month and realized how much has happened in the past 30 days. I moved across the country, started school, created a new home, made a quick trip back to Philly, spent Thanksgiving in Wyoming, and finally unpacked my last moving box! I have a lot to be thankful for. Here are a few things, big and small, that brought happiness into my life this month.

P.S. – This post is part of my Happiness Project, an effort to intentionally focus on the good things in life and a chance to pause and express gratitude.

The changing Autumn leaves.

Being captivated by a good book.

My new apartment is starting to feel more like home.

Can’t help but feel happy when breathing in the fresh piney mountain air.

What brought you happiness this past month?

Hi, I’m Chaucee, the hands behind the words on this screen. I started this blog as a college freshman in 2008 as a creative outlet while studying for my bachelor’s. Since then it’s grown into a way to document things I love and things I’m learning. Welcome : )
