One of the biggest perks of living in Colorado is the proximity and access to some of the most beautiful state and national parks in the country. This past weekend I trekked up to Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, CO to explore one of the many trails. We decided to hike to Lake Bierstadt, a moderate 3.2-mile loop with beautiful views along the way. Here are some photos from that afternoon.
