I am fortunate to live in a city that has a good selection of art galleries. In fact a lot of them can be found on the same street, Prince St, in downtown Lancaster, PA. Over winter break I stopped in at the Julia Swartz gallery above the Prince Street Cafe for a look while out with my friend Audrey for a pinch of coffee. Things that stuck out to me were the use of seasons, colors, and texture in her pieces. The amount of work showcased was impressive as well! Do you like going to local galleries or is this just the nerd in me flaring up again? 😀
