Sometimes I have to trick myself into eating veggies. Like turning kale … into chips! These bbq seasoned kale chips are done in 10 minutes and make for a healthy green snack when the afternoon carb crave hits.
First, preheat your oven to 400 F degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. De-stem the kale and toss with some olive oil. Spread evenly across the sheet and then sprinkle on some chili powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and garlic salt. Put this in the oven for 10 minutes, and then enjoy!
