This time of year I love playing around with different spiced coffees. The blends I pick up at the store never seem to get it right so I’ve taken to experimenting in the morning before work. I’ve settled on a recipe I love that taste like a gingerbread house in a cup. And it’s super easy to make so your groggy morning brain will be able to do it in a cinch.
Prepare your coffee in a French Press how you normally would. Before pouring in the coffee add in:
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
